Idac Investigator Says Mkhwanazi Knew of Khumalo's Arrest Ahead of Time
Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi was aware of Lt-Gen Dumisani Khumalo’s arrest in advance, investigator Brian Padayachee testified before the Madlanga commission. Mkhwanazi later filed an affidavit in the corruption probe.
